Patient satisfaction is important to all of us at GMH.  We are always looking for ways to improve our services.  Patient Satisfaction Survey forms are given to patients prior to their discharge.  Please take time to read through the forms, and evaluate our services.  After the form is filled out, simply drop it in the various drop boxes throughout the hospital or mail it to us.  Survey forms are also available through the Guest Relations Department.
